The first AI-powered automated process at DPI Estrategia, saving around 80 hours of work a year.
Context
In summer 2024 I started my internship at DPI Estrategia, a consultancy in Galicia, Spain. One month in, I proposed an innovation project: combining process automation with artificial intelligence.
What I did
I designed and launched the company’s first automated process with built-in AI, first with no-code tools (Make, Power Automate and Excel) and later with code (n8n and Python).
Outcome
The first process saves around 80 hours of work a year. From there I started studying every afternoon and putting more workflows into production.
